WHO WE ARE

The forward-deployed AI company.

Enterprise AI fails in the last mile — the distance between the demo that won the meeting and the system that runs the business. Elixax exists to close it.

01

WHY WE'RE HERE

Slides are not software.

The consulting industry has a settled business model. Diagnose, recommend, depart. The report is the deliverable; the implementation is someone else's problem. Enterprise AI made this worse, because AI demos brilliantly. A model that dazzles in a sandbox can fail quietly for months against real data, real permissions, real users. The distance between those two states is where most enterprise AI budgets go to die. We founded Elixax on a single conviction: software only becomes real in the field.

So we work in the field. Our engineers embed with your teams, on your infrastructure, inside your security boundary. They read your runbooks, sit your incident calls, and inherit your constraints — the legacy schema, the air-gapped segment, the change board that meets on Thursdays. Then they ship against those constraints, because those constraints are the actual project. A consultant who ships is not a slogan to us. It is the job description.

There are things we refuse to do. We do not deliver demos and call them outcomes. We do not build black boxes you cannot audit or extend. We do not architect dependence — if we build it, you can read it, run it, and eventually replace us. An engagement that leaves you weaker than it found you is a failure, whatever the invoice says.

We are young and small, and we run the company as if that is the advantage it is. Small means the engineer on your first call is the engineer writing code in your production system. Small means no bench, no B-team, no handoff to juniors after the contract signs. And small keeps us close enough to the work that the work turns into product: patterns that survive contact with the field get hardened, generalized, and shipped as software. Holovyx and Benefits Guide both came back from the field. That loop — engagement to product, product to the next engagement — is the company.

THE FACTS

The facts, all of them checkable.

This is the section where companies our age invent scale — office maps, logo walls, headcount rounded up to the nearest impressive number. We would rather be small and checkable. Every figure below is literal.

USAWHERE WE ARE FOUNDED

Founded in the USA. Deployed globally — our engineers go where the system is, including inside your data center.

3ENGAGEMENT MODELS

AI Opportunity Assessment, Forward-Deployed Engineering, Managed AI Operations. Every contract we sign is one of these.

2PRODUCTS THAT CAME BACK FROM THE FIELD

Holovyx for regulated infrastructure. Benefits Guide for healthcare benefits. Neither was conceived on a whiteboard.

1EMAIL THAT REACHES AN ENGINEER

support@elixax.com. No routing tree, no qualification call, no account tier. An engineer reads it.

03

WHAT WE HOLD OURSELVES TO

Four commitments that don't move.

They appear across this site in the same order because they govern every engagement in the same way. Repetition is the point — commitments you only state once are decoration.

01

Outcomes, not demos

An engagement ends when the system runs in production under your name — the deck was never the deliverable.

02

Evidence by default

Every claim we make ships with its receipts: what we measured, how we measured it, and what would falsify it.

03

Your infrastructure

We build inside your boundary — your cloud, your data center, your compliance regime — so nothing has to leave home to become real.

04

Leave you stronger

Transfer is scoped from day one: your team finishes the engagement able to run, extend, and outgrow what we built.

04

WHERE WE'RE GOING

Systems that explain themselves.

Picture a regulated estate that explains itself before the auditor asks. Every change correlated to its downstream impact through i-Trace. Every decision sealed into Decision Replay's hash-chained evidence ledger — maker and checker recorded, replayable on demand. That is the estate Holovyx is building toward, module by module: Patching is live today, Automation is next, Root Cause and Anomaly Detection follow. Windows, RHEL, AIX, Oracle. On-prem, inside the boundary, because that is where regulated estates actually live.

Picture a health plan member who asks what a procedure will cost and gets a correct answer in one message — grounded in their actual plan documents, cited so they can check us, with PHI handled like it matters. That is Benefits Guide, and every deployment teaches it a harder question.

And picture the engagement we have not signed yet. Somewhere inside it is a problem general enough to become the next module, and the one after that. This is not a roadmap invented at a strategy offsite. It is a loop we already run.

All of it points one direction. Infrastructure that reacts is a cost center with good reflexes. Infrastructure that anticipates — surfacing the anomaly before the outage, the drift before the audit finding, the answer before the escalation — is something else entirely. REACTIVE → PROACTIVE. That is where we're going, one field deployment at a time.

ENGAGE

Work with us, or join us.

If you have a system that needs to work, start an engagement. If you would rather build the systems, there is a lot left to build — support@elixax.com reaches an engineer either way.
